Pulse is an independent enthusiast project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). Pulse reads the TTC's public data feeds. The TTC has no part in running Pulse and no responsibility for it.

No warranty

Pulse is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of any kind — express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vehicle positions, arrival estimates and alerts come from the TTC's public feeds, and can be late, incomplete or wrong.

The map can also go stale without anything on screen looking broken. Pulse warns you when it can detect that, but it cannot catch every way a feed fails.

Limitation of liability

Any loss or damage from using Pulse, or from being unable to use it, is yours alone — not Pulse's or its developer's. That includes missed connections, decisions made on late or wrong data, and any other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Use Pulse at your own risk. Before making a travel decision where the timing matters, check the TTC's own sources.
